Hi Abdul,

 

Thank you for your response, a little more clarification sought for the statement:

 

The account field will be blank in case the BP doesn't exist in CRM and we manually populate it after receiving it in our systems.


By "manually populate it after receiving it in our systems" do you mean Account field will appear empty initially till we create the account in CRM and then populate it manually.
