Incoming file is the flat file..

Source structure is like below

Record

          A

          B

          C

          D

          E

          F

2 type of files coming in and using same interface

1)1st  type of file  contains all field names(A,B,C,D,E,F)

2)Second type of file contains only(A,B,C,D)

In this case, when the second type of file comes without the E and F field, the respective Target field should not occur.

Please let me know whether this can be handles in configuration of FCC or in Mapping
