My scenario is FTP to Proxy,I have written the dynamic configuration in message mapping by creating one extra file name field, which(file name field) I have not used in File content conversion, so here my doubt is: in message monitoring am able to see the file with file name field delivered to client, but in the archive is not showing that field.
This is the correct behavior. There is no transformation involved in archiving, whether you use fcc or not.
This means that the original file is what you will see in the archive directory.
If you want to save the transformed file, then split the message into two by having two receivers in receiver determination. The second receiver will have a file comm channel that points to the archive directory.
