Multiple query regarding CIN

For Condition BASB I am using calculation type 363.

1. For tax on freight I am using subtotal 6, system is calculating properly
2. For Manual excise I am using subtotal 5, here cst & vat is not calculation properly, I have also check classify condition also.
3. We have manufacturing plant were excise is 10 %, we are doing stock transfer from manufacturing plant to manufacturing, in receiving  plant there is 50 % setoff & 50 % load on inventory. While creating excise involve we are passing 10 % excise, but in receiving plant system is taking 100 % credit, but we want 50 % to be load on inventory.
4. CST is also not getting calculating properly.kindly check screenshot.

I have check all the thread before posting this thread, because no is using  both 5 & 6 subtotal .
