I'm trying to integrate an external service provider via outgoing SOAP calls and am facing some issues.
I had to make quite a few changes in the WSDL file to get the WSDL into ByD (e.g. multiple wsdl-part definitions) but at the end the webservice activated without any problem in ByD.
Furthermore I added all required SSL certificates (the complete tree) to the certificate store in ByD.
However, I'm still getting an error when looking at the "Rejected Web Service Calls" in the "Business Communication Monitoring" of ByD I see the calls with a technical error. The description states:
HTTP Code: 415 ( Unsupported Media Type )
Here's what I'm trying to figure out:
- What is causing this error?
- Is this an error from ByD itself?
- How can I debug/analyse what is causing this error?
I tried filling / not filling all fields in the SOAP payload but it seems like this does not influence the error message.
I cannot reproduce the error message from soapUI, therefore I assume that this is an internal error from ByD.
