In principle the error is shown because it is not recommended to assign a report to a work center with different access contexts (conflicts) since it will bypass the authorization concepts for a user which may end in showing all the data available from the underneath data source.
Depending on the activity (Administrator Analytics - Settings) option chosen the key user will be able to save or not the assignment of the report.
If you want to assign reports to a work center view regardless of conflicting access rights you must make changes to your fine tuning in the Business Configuration work center using the Administrator Analytics - Settings activity and tick the option: Extended Access to Report Data Allowed.
Note: A check mark under the Conflict column indicates that the access contexts match so the error will not be shown and the report assignment can be saved regardless of the settings of the Extended Access to Report Data Allowed option.
