We need simple and effective way to get feedback from users.  It’s difficult to get people to come in for a formal user research study. It is strong way to reach the P&I organization for getting apps tested by customers.  The idea is to create the CSN management system, which capture the feedback. We will likely see a difference getting feedback  in insights from someone in the target market, customer, business that you’re trying to reach inside your team.
