Need your expert views on MRS resources. We are implementing MRS for existing SAP PM. We have SAP HR in place already.
The chqllenge is with mapping of the contract resources.
My client is unwilling to map the contract resources into HR. Now i'm thinking to go ahead with Business partners oprion. But the challenge is ,in MRS we can choose either the HR resources or business partners to go with.
Here my quarry is-
(1) If I choose to go with BP, do I need to convert all existing HR employees as BP in MRS?? If yes ..what would be the pros and cons. Of mapping these as BP?
(2) Can you provide a comparision of features , that I will be getting as (or not getting) if I go ahead with the decision of mapping all employees (mapped in hr) and contractors as BP ..what would be the challenge in this??
(3) as per I checked in forum, there no option , where we can use BP for contract resources and hr employees at same time ? Please confirm this...
Please provide ur advise ASAP as I'm in urgent need of suggestions...
