Is the Clinet version and Server version same for Prod Env?
Is it possible to disable anti virus and firewall on your machine and then try, just for test purpose.?
Also try making a host file entry of your Prod Env and then try.
It would be nice idea if someone logging in your laptop with his ID and then open UDT and try login with administrator or your ID.
If none of them works i will suggest you to re-install the client.
