Hi,

 

SAP standard is to use e-mail address of the Service manager.

 

Could you clarify on the need to route it to an org unit?

 

Alternatively, you may use the distribution list(with multiple e-mail ids) of the specific team in  the same field where service manager e-mail is maintained.
