Regarding Custom directory rule

Hi experts,

In my source table, i have "VOORADIC" as a company name. So, I have created custom directory and maintain following records.

<entity_name standard_form="VOORADIC">     

      <variant name="VORADIC"/>

      <variant name="VOORADIC"/>

      <variant name="vooradic"/>

     <variant name="* VOORADIC *"/>

      <variant_generation type="standard" language="english"/>

</entity_name>

Getting Records :

whenever i have VOORADIC INFOTECH in my sources table / row, then i will get TA_NORMALIZED as VOORADIC

NOT getting records :

Whever i have VOORADIC in my source table / row then text analysis skipped this record and it is not present in $TA table.

Please let  me know, what mistake i have done in aforementioned code or do i need to add any extra code in my XML file.
