We would like to announce that the SAP Note 2294706 - ACA: Mid-month actions was recently released. This note changes the results for lines 14, 15 and 16 in some specific scenarios for: mid-month hiring, mid-month retirement and mid-month termination.
Please, note that the 2015 instructions to Form 1095-C do not provide specific guidance in some of the scenarios covered in this note, but they were recently clarified directly with the IRS. The IRS hopes to clarify some of these scenarios in the 2016 instructions or FAQs.
